Privacy PolicyEffective Date: July 2, 2026Shedar Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the TCC Field Layout Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.Information We CollectThe App uses GPS and location services to identify roadway positions, mile markers, and route information necessary to generate traffic control layouts. This includes device location when the App is in use, route number, direction, and mile marker inputs you provide, and imagery accessed through Apple Look Around and Google Street View for roadway inspection features.The App also stores saved traffic control layouts and configurations you create, along with PDF exports you generate. These are stored on your device, and no separate Company account or login is required.We may use standard mobile analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand App performance and diagnose issues. This data is typically aggregated and does not directly identify you.Subscriptions are billed and processed through Apple's App Store and/or Google Play Billing, depending on your device. We receive limited subscription status and purchase confirmation information from Apple and Google, but we do not receive or store your payment card details. These are handled entirely by Apple and Google under their respective privacy policies.How We Use InformationWe use the information we collect to generate MUTCD-compliant traffic control layouts based on your inputs, provide roadway visualization through Look Around and Street View, save and retrieve your layouts across sessions, process subscription payments and manage your subscription status, maintain and improve the App, and communicate with you about updates, support, or policy changes.How We Share InformationWe do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the App, such as Apple, Google, and our cloud hosting and analytics providers, solely to perform services on our behalf. We may also share information with law enforcement or regulators if required by law, or with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.Data RetentionSaved layouts and account data, if applicable, are retained for as long as you maintain an active App installation or subscription, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the information below.Your Choices and RightsYou can disable location services for the App at any time through your device settings, though this will limit core functionality. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state privacy laws.Children's PrivacyThe App is intended for professional use by traffic control coordinators, foremen, superintendents, and highway contractors. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.SecurityWe take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Terms of Service & End User License AgreementEffective Date: July 2, 2026These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCC Field Layout Pro mobile application (the "App"), provided by Shedar Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.License GrantSubject to your compliance with these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with traffic control layout planning.License RestrictionsYou may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding within the App; use the App to build a competing product or service; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or MUTCD regulatory requirements.OwnershipThe App, including all software, source code, traffic control calculations, layout logic, diagrams, PDF templates, and related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Shedar Services LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the App.Subscriptions and PaymentThe App offers a Monthly Access plan at $9.99 per month and an Annual Access plan at $79.99 per year. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing, depending on your device, and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple or Google's refund policies. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.Professional Use DisclaimerTCC Field Layout Pro is a planning and reference tool intended to assist traffic control coordinators, foremen, superintendents, and highway contractors. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, on-site inspection, or compliance verification against the most current MUTCD or applicable state department of transportation standards. You are solely responsible for verifying that any layout generated by the App complies with applicable regulations, project specifications, and site conditions before implementation. Company is not responsible for traffic control decisions made using the App.Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated layouts will meet all regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction or situation.Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Shedar Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of business, arising from your use of or reliance on the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shedar Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including any traffic control layout implemented in reliance on the App.TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings.Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration in New Jersey.Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
